Post competition

Wow Time Flies! Yesterday was the first time that i've stepped on stage this year. I competed in Beginner Figure and placed 3rd. Im feeling great and excited. Picture here is my sister from another mister Kimberly Bui who competed in Open Bikini. Thank you to all who supported me through this lovely journey!! Yesterday was a pit stop. Had a cheat day n rested. Next stop is Omaha, NE for the BLUFFS. Catch us there ;)

10 DAYS AND A WAKE UP

Here is an updated pic from last night. Competition is Sat 21st. Feeling good, excited, anxious, and hungry lol. I swear I'm always eating something. Energy is great. None of that hangry feeling that I used to get when I prepped for my first comp last year. It's crunch time and just hoping to get a little tighter by show time. After this show I'll be competing in the super pro qualifier in Nebraska in Nov. my next goals will be to condition my legs.

It's Been Awhile

How's everyone doing? It's been a very long time since I last updated my blog. A lot has happened since. A bff wedding, party plannings, and helping Ms. Kim Bui prep. I just finally decided to do a show in September. Progress is great. Slowly but surely :). These are more recent pics. My goal is to get more definition on my legs and my back.
